Grameen Mutual Fund One – Scheme One & Scheme Two

Pursuant to the object clause of its Memorandum and Articles of Association, Grameen Fund is empowered to act as Trustee of any Fund, Assets, Property, Securities, or other Body Corporate or Trusts in accordance with the provisions of the Trusts Act, 1868.

Currently, Grameen Fund is serving as Trustee for the following schemes under Grameen Mutual Fund One:

  • Grameen Mutual Fund One
  • Grameen Mutual Fund One – Scheme Two

As Trustee, Grameen Fund holds the Fund in trust for the sole benefit of the Unit Holders, in strict compliance with the applicable regulations and the provisions of the Trust Deed.

Trustee’s Responsibility: The Trustee shall at all times act in the best interest of the Unit Holders and shall exercise due care and diligence to ensure that the schemes of the Mutual Fund, as floated and managed by the Asset Management Company, are conducted in full conformity with the Trust Deed and the governing Regulations.
